Collectively, our core staff has more than 50 years of experience in people development and experiential learning.

We draw on a wealth of experience in the areas of personal and motivational development, corporate training, conflict management, community and youth development, wilderness and adventure-based activities.

Our staff are passionate about people and believe in the potential each person has for growth; they deliver all training programmes from this premise. They firmly believe that all people are victors and have the power within them to reach greater heights.
